Popover

Menus and small panels that open under their trigger: a filter's options, display settings, a row's actions. Native popovers, so Escape and a click outside close them. They sit on white with the cards' edge, a shadow tinted with the page and 12px corners (4 on the rows inside). On phones every popover is a bottom sheet with a handle, and a nested menu opens inside it, every other row gone, under a header with Back and its name (I15).
